Wool – Complete Pitched Roof Renewal with New Membrane, Battens & Reused Tiles

This property required a complete renewal of the main pitched roof covering across approximately 136m². EX10 stripped the existing roof covering, retained and reused the majority of the original tiles where suitable, replaced damaged tiles as required and installed a new breathable roofing membrane with treated battens beneath. The roof was then rebuilt with a new dry ridge system, together with associated fascia, soffit and guttering works where required. This project demonstrates a full roof-covering renewal while retaining as much of the original roof material as practical.
