Over 20 years working with landlords and property managers, we’ve seen the same problems time and again — emergency repairs, spiralling costs, and insurance claims refused because there was no clear record of upkeep. Every visit is logged with photos, notes, and recommendations in your portal. Over time, this builds a clear maintenance record — proof that supports insurance claims and helps demonstrate compliance with Awaab’s Law and other housing standards.

What’s Covered in Our Health Check

Every property on PPP starts with a Health Check. This is our baseline survey — giving you a clear, dated record of your property’s condition from day one.

Our team carry out a full external inspection, capturing photos and notes for your report. If issues are found, they are flagged and recorded. On future visits, we check again, creating a clear maintenance history over time.

Roofline (loose/slipped tiles, ridge sag, moss build-up – visual only)
Gutters & downpipes (alignment, leaks, staining, vegetation)
External walls & render (cracks, spalling, staining, damp signs)
Windows & doors (accessible levels – frames, seals, sills, rot/paint)
External woodwork (fascias, soffits, cladding – where visible)
