Every property on PPP starts with a Health Check. This is our baseline survey — giving you a clear, dated record of your property’s condition from day one.
Our team carry out a full external inspection, capturing photos and notes for your report. If issues are found, they are flagged and recorded. On future visits, we check again, creating a clear maintenance history over time.

FAQ
Do you help with insurance claims?
No, we don’t handle claims directly. What PPP gives you is a clear maintenance record with dated reports and photos — exactly the kind of evidence insurers look for to reduce disputes.
What if you find something?
If we spot an issue, it’s flagged and recorded in your report. You can choose to fix it with EX10 or your own contractor. On the next visit, we’ll check it again, so your record always shows the true condition.
What if nothing’s wrong?
That’s good news — and it’s still recorded. You’ll have a baseline audit trail proving the property was inspected and found to be in good condition at that date.
Do you cover inside the property?
PPP is primarily external checks plus drone surveys. Internal damp surveys are included only with our TotalCover plan, or can be added as an extra if damp is suspected.
What about multiple properties?
PPP is designed for portfolios as well as single sites. Each property has its own Health Check and record, and for larger portfolios we can align visits and provide consolidated reporting to make management easier.

All Health Checks are external visual surveys carried out from ground level. Reports are based only on what is visible at the time of inspection. If something is not visible, it is not reported.
