Visible mould growth had developed across affected ceiling areas and required a more controlled approach than a standard domestic clean. EX10 prepared and protected the working area, used suitable PPE and specialist mould-treatment products, and thoroughly cleaned and treated the affected surfaces. The wider conditions contributing to the mould, including condensation, humidity, ventilation and surface temperature, were also considered to help reduce the risk of recurrence. This project demonstrates the difference between simply wiping mould away and carrying out a professional mould remediation process.
