Poole – Professional Mould Remediation & Timber Cleaning

This property required professional mould remediation across a number of internal surfaces and timber elements. EX10 carried out a controlled mould-cleaning and treatment process using appropriate PPE, area protection and specialist products, with particular attention given to affected timbers and areas of heavier contamination. The work also highlighted the difference between active mould growth and residual staining or discolouration that can remain within timber after successful treatment. This case study demonstrates the importance of proper mould remediation rather than simply wiping away or painting over visible mould.
