Established in 2023, EX10 is backed by a team with over 25 years of combined experience across building repair, property maintenance and remedial works. That practical background allows us to look beyond surface symptoms and understand how buildings are actually performing.

Today, our focus is on investigating the cause of property defects and providing the right long-term solution. We carry out damp and moisture investigations, mould and condensation assessments, water ingress and leak investigations, thermal imaging, sub-floor and cavity investigations, roof and chimney surveys, drone surveys, damp proofing works, flat roofing and associated repairs.

Our approach is simple — investigate first, repair second.

We do not believe in applying the same treatment to every property. Damp, mould and water ingress can be caused by a wide range of issues, from ventilation and condensation to external defects, high ground levels, drainage problems, roofing defects and moisture entering the building fabric.
